A school assignment in the field of lighting and rendering.

Project overview

Images done for a course in lighting and rendering. The scope of the assignment was to build a scene, and then produce three high quality renders to be used in cinematics for example, and then try to mimic those with lower quality lighting that one would expect in a game engine.

The top three images are rendered using 3D Studio Max 2009 and VRay. The lower three images were generated using Maya 2009 and its software renderer.
